Happy Monday! In this episode I share with you one of my most memorable coaching experiences to date, Yep my first weekend getting to coach my pitchers on a college team! Pinch me! Also getting to Coach along side some amazing Coaches! With this experience I saw how these ladies decided to step up and do what they needed to do to not only create motivation but to get it to such a level that they were able to direct it with discipline to WIN! Way to step up!
