If your Bracket is not a dumpster fire at this point, I applaud you! Not only is mine barely holding on by a thread, my sanity after this weekend is barely intact! Luckily, we had Candice Lowe take us into the weekend with some solid knowledge on how to improve our processes. What was your biggest take away from the episode? In today's Monday Recap, you hear mine. We also cover why it is so important to constantly check in with your team and metrics...the correct metrics. Do we have a regular cadence with our teams to check in and train them? How are we holding them responsible? How are we inspecting what we expect? Do our teams know the rules and parameters of these metrics? Are we drawing comparisons in areas that are irrelevant or only casting us in a good light? Are we evolving or complacent? Bottom line, does our reporting suck?
This Friday, we are so lucky to have author, TedX speaker, and President of Vistadash, Dan Moore, on the show. Clear your calendars as you will not want to miss this episode! Every time Dan speaks, the room listens and for good reason. Dan continually gives back and is innovating. As an industry, we are lucky to have him on our side.
