The Petersburg School District says a student made threats against the district last week;

Petersburg's Borough Assembly has a lengthy agenda ahead of its meeting tonight -- including several reports on Borough activities;

and Mount Shishaldin, a volcano in the eastern Aleutians, is erupting.
