Our culture pushes us to take pride in who we are. Like so many deceptive teachings, this starts with a fundamental truth. Scripture tells us we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Humans are amazing. But this isn’t a point of personal pride, it’s a reason to look Heavenward in humble gratitude for the work of our Creator. As Pastor Dan will warn in today’s message, we need to maintain a realistic and honest sense of self, fully aware of our weakness, while leaning into God’s incredible love and grace.
