Huge weekend at Eagle Farm coming up, especially after last Saturday’s debacle with the abandoned quaddie legs. We’re back in business though, with three Group 1s on the card and a deep support program. Should be a cracking day.
Randwick’s currently rated an Heavy 9 and there’s rain on the radar for Flemington Saturday, so tread warily there. .

Massive day of racing ahead at Eagle Farm this Saturday, featuring three Group 1's and a great support card. While there’s some weather on the radar, Eagle Farm is one of the best-draining tracks in the country, so conditions should hold up well.
Down in Sydney, Rosehill will likely be in the heavy range by Saturday, bet with caution. And, Caulfield hosts a quality card, headlined by the Bel Esprit Stakes.

Day 2 of the Queensland Carnival and we’re blessed with far better conditions for a cracking edition of the Group 1 Doomben Cup. Strong support card too, headlined by The Roses, the key Oaks lead-up for the 3YO fillies, and the BRC Sprint, which carries a golden ticket straight into the Stradbroke Handicap.
Sydney’s copped a hammering with the weather this week, so tread carefully punting ther, heavy decks likely to throw up some wild results. Sandown serves up a tidy off-season card, and there’s a few on Sunday worth keeping an eye on, Sha Tin included.

Oracle is back from a freshen-up and ready to dive into the some previews. The Queensland Group 1 carnival fires up this weekend, kicking off with a cracking WFA 1200m sprint featuring some serious Group 1 horses. The road to the Doomben Cup, Q22, Stradbroke, Derby, JJ Atkins and Oaks officially begins – the big names are stepping out in some of the lead up races.
Plenty of quality racing on offer at both Scone and Flemington as well. Just a heads-up for punters: tread carefully with early plays, with rain forecast right along the East Coast, track conditions could change quickly.
