If humans were purely rational creatures, we’d all have well-funded retirement accounts, zero debt, six-month emergency savings, and no emotional shopping sprees. But that’s not reality. We make money decisions based on how we feel. Not spreadsheets. Not economic theory. Emotions drive our behavior: fear, anxiety, joy, status, guilt, shame, and even love.
