DeShonda Monique Jennings is an author, parent advocate, and youth advocate. She is the epitome of what a strong wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and woman of faith is. She’s the youngest daughter of Inell and the late Charlie Hite. She grew up in a small rural town of Kenbridge, VA. DeShonda has over 20 years’ experience providing care for the youth. She is currently furthering her education in Early Childhood and Teacher Education. She is a firm believer of “It Takes a Village” when it comes to our youth. DeShonda’s mission is to help 20 women start a daycare business.
