It’s a brand new series of Money Mondays! Zak & Emma are refreshed after their festive break and gearing up to give you another year of hints, tips and financial support
Every year, over 2000 people are released from prison after serving long sentences. Adapting to life after release always comes with challenges but these can be amplified if you’ve been away for a prolonged period of time.
The Hardman Trust are here to help you with that transition, they offer specialised support that can start in prison and continue on your release. They feature a range of services from letter writing, to signposting and even financial grants. Suzanne from The Hardman Trust joins us on this episode to give a bit more detail on the help they can provide and how to access it
