This Sunday I sat down with Spiritual Teacher, Transformational Coach, and Author, Mónica Esgueva to discuss her new book "The 7 Levels of Wisdom" a book about reaching the highest levels of consciousness, wisdom, and inner peace. Mónica discusses integrating the lessons we learn so that we might further evolve and expand our own consciousness.
