Mexico is a country I will return to over and over again. It's rich culture is as diverse as we are here in the United States. Each region offering up unique climate, geography, cuisine and colloquialisms. This particular trip had me and my dear friend and travel buddy, Shanee, on our way to Los Cabo San Lucas on the Baja Peninsula of Mexico.  Where we indulged in the sights, sounds and flavors of Mexico, this trip truly came with a new set of challenges, stories and most importantly, memories.
