Monkey Shoulder is one of the best values in scotch because it's essentially Glenfiddich, Balvenie, and Kininvie blended together. Three fantastic single malts. No grain whiskey anywhere and at around $30 bucks, the low-key malty goodness and the fresh malt fruit note contribute to a huge value proposition on both the low end and high end of the category.
