MoNOlithic - The Podcast was created to change the narrative that “all Black people are the same.” We are NOT a monolithic group! This podcast explores the diversity within us, but does not promote division based on our differences. It aims to end assumptions, generalizations, and stereotypes. One of our goals is to recognize and validate one’s own Blackness because there is not one particular or correct way to be “Black”. Our personal experiences and perspectives will drive our conversations surrounding how we navigate the world. Ultimately, we are learning and growing together, while exploring diversity within Black experiences.
