With Season 4 over and done it's time to take a look back at all the things we loved and the Frenchie we didn't. Joining us for this season wrap is Joe from Hallmark of Greatness. We did it again again. So this could become a regular thing now. But today it's The Sevens turn to be first up in a rant about things falling apart for Sage, The Deeps romance being on rough seas, Homelanders hunt for the real leak, Ryan's "Starlight Moment" and us nearly forgetting about all the Bros.

The Boys find out about a party Tek Knight is hosting for Homelander and some right wing big wigs, but getting in won't be easy for MM and worse still for Hughie. Meanwhile A-Train has a hero moment, Firecracker has a surprise for Homelander, Butcher has a realisation and we get to see one of our favourite comic moments.

We're back for part 2 of Episode 5 and we're ready to visit Old McVought's Farm. So join us for a rant about the return of Stan Edgar, the disappearance of Starlight's powers, V amongst the wildlife, Ciara being bang on about Butcher and Mono wanting the show to just kill Frenchie already.

Homelander goes home and nothing will be the same again in Episode 4 of Season 4. Firecracker intensifies her Starlight hate campaign under Sage's guidance and it causes Annie to spiral. Hughie and Kimiko try to score some V but get distracted by terrorists, while Frenchie makes a bad choice and something is very wrong with Butcher (but we can't decide what)

It's MonoRants On Ice this week (or more accurately, Mono is on thin ice if he fucks up another record). The Seven is almost The Seven again as Sister Sage and Firecracker take their seats at the table. Frenchie, Kimiko, Hughie and Annie all attempt to confront their past in vastly different ways while MM is actually productive, Butcher has some actual growth and we say goodbye to an old friend.
