Sometimes, when someone looks angry all the time, they may simply be feeling scared or hurt. 

We cannot rush someone into feeling safe. We can only give the person time and a bit of patience to try and learn what they are going through.

It is easy to judge a person by their BIG emotion since that is what we see first!  This is where the old saying is true “don’t judge a book by its cover!”
