Teacher: Dugan Sherbondy. Ever seen an alligator? It's amazing. And a little scary, honestly. They disguise themselves as floating logs with only their eyes above the water as they drift towards their prey, who doesn't even know they're there until they lunge out at the last minute and attack. THAT is a monster; something that is lurking just beneath the surface, waiting to cause damage. And that's what we need to be careful of in our lives too. Not alligators (unless you live in the Florida Everglades), but things in our lives that all of a sudden pop out and we think: "Where did that come from!?" We'll, it was there all along. Waiting, just beneath the surface. Check out the first week of "Monster" as Dugan teaches about the monster of guilt and shame and how one of them is good and the other, a true monster.
