In June 2023, I went through an experience that I will never be able to forget. Engaging in a sleep study didn't seem like a place that would cause so many nightmares & traumas to stem from. I'm hoping by talking about my experience that it can help others move through their traumas or even educate people on how sleep labs can cause trauma. Maybe it'll even help others be open about their own experiences with sleep and disorders linked with them.
