No. 17 Montana pulled out a 28-20 win over Idaho State in Missoula, Montana during homecoming on Saturday, September 30, 2023. 

The Griz now turn the calendar to October and a road trip to play at No. 20 UC Davis. It's the first matchup between the two squads since 2019. UM thrashed the third-ranked Aggies 45-20 the last time the two teams played.
