My guest for this week's episode is Makhaya Ntini. He will talk about the pressures of representing his country, the challenges he faced for being the first black test cricketer for South Africa. How he felt an outsider throughout his career and when he set his mind on something how he achieved his goals. He was the first South African to take 10 wickets at Lords. Once he retired he felt he was pushed out of the system and found it difficult to find a coaching role within South African cricket. Now he is a successful commentator and believes he can be  influential in Africa.
