Talking about feelings and emotions can be really confusing for middle schoolers and high schoolers (and let's be honest even for some adults!). This is true for a lot of different reasons and finding a way to control these emotions is complicated. The good news is we don't have to let them control us and there are ways to take back control of our feelings. Join us this week as Morgan shares with us how we can take back control of our anger.
