RDC, a provider of risk intelligence compliance screening solutions located in the greater Philadelphia area, is to be acquired by Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO).
Moody’s will be acquiring RDC from Vista Equity Partners.
The acquisition positions Moody’s Analytics’ Bureau van Dijk (BvD), a provider of business intelligence and company data, to expand its range of data solutions, creating a global leader in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) data and due diligence services.
It will extend Moody’s experience and expertise as a leader in financial and corporate reporting and analytics, by incorporating RDC’s risk-relevant database and innovative technology, including the AI screening solution.
It is the parent company of Moody’s Analytics, which offers software, advisory services and research for credit and economic analysis and financial risk management. | To read full story, visit https://startuparound.com/read/1579822207.1009512/Moody’s-Buys-Risk-Intelligence-Technology-Company-RDC?ref=audio_experience
