Big invitation to care for the animal body.  Our nervous systems have been on the edge for 1.5 years now!  They need care, loving touch, nourishment and emotional expression.  When we care for the animal body, we are better able to be responsive rather than reactive.

We are ALL uncomfortable right now. Let's do our best to remember that most people are decent and doing the very best they can with what they've got.  Projecting our fear, anger or discomfort onto others does not make anything better... this collective experience is already traumatic.
