She reminds us that we have so much wisdom in our body from our Ancestors and the grace of our instinctual intuition.

This is an excellent time to review our life and some behaviours that maybe we are taking for granted as "normal" but that actually are not in alignment with our values.

Reviewing relationships for respect, reciprocity, and a sensation of feeling lit up through the connection... and having the awkward conversations to rectify any issues discovered.

I mean if we aren't here to hold each other accountable (gently) to our own greatness, then what is the point of relating?
