Lisa  Bode Moorhead's Governmental Affairs Director says the call has been put for artists to help beautify the I-94 water tower into what might be the largest art project in the city. Water towers in Oakport and the Woodlawn Park area have already been aesthetically improved. 

Lisa also wanted to let us know that this art project is being incorporated with the rehabilitation of the tower in 2021. Painting is not the only possibility as lighting the tower will also be taken into consideration.
