If you ever encounter a moose in the wild (from a distance) you will understand why this creature is an awesome animal. I have seen many in the Beartooth Mountains in Montana as well as Yellowstone National Park. The moose is ‘larger than life’ and very much more than a cartoon character with a flying squirrel.
