Great stories
To anyone interested in the life and experiences of Robert Sherman, this is a good read (or listen). In this book you will find many short stories (50- something, I believe) that dive into Sherman's life. If you are interested in this book because (like myself) you are a diehard Walt fan, you will hear some stories about Disney, but not many in comparison to how long the audio-book is. If you are a huge Poppins fan, this book could be worth the purchase because Sherman does tend to talk heavily about Mary Poppins toward the second half of the book. Be warned that this book is full of many sad stories. Stories of war, death and loss are not in short supply. Overall, I gave this book 5 stars. It kept me engaged, offered stories that made me sad, but also offered stories that made me smile. It made me feel as though I got to know the quiet Sherman brother. I almost took off 1 star because it's mentioned early on, that the physical book comes with many pictures, that audio-books just don't offer. I didn't want to take off a whole star for this, just want to let people know.
Also, to anyone who has read Walt's Time... that book does get mentioned in the end of this book, with some continuation.
