Recapping why I started the podcast and how I did it. I recap my 17 month journey highlighting overcoming major adversity. I'm a much better person than before. & my life has unexpectedly taken a completely different path! I want to personally thank EVERYONE who has listened and supported me.

Wow I'm struggling with these goals. Day 16 & I'm climbing a fucking mountain mentally and physically!! Im getting ugly verbally and frustrated at myself!!! Keeping it real though!!!

We all need to forget Yesterday's!! We can't change the past. We can only change today and the future. The sooner we realize that the better life becomes!!

Discuss progress on my 2020 long term goals. I celebrate myself for 9 days in with no alcohol and juicing for weight loss!. Loving how good I feel physically and mentally!

My grandfather was a retired Admiral in the US Navy!! I was able to validate a story my father told me as a young man. Enjoy!!
