Kevin discusses with Juli and Dirk how recent anti-transgender legislation has effected their son who is transgender.  Dirk and Juli wanted to share their experience because many people don’t get the opportunity to get to know people whose lives have been affected by anti-transgender legislation and a general culture in Utah where transgender people are vilified and marginalized.
