Moral deliberation involves the filtering and weighing (whether consciously or unconsciously) of relevant moral principles and concepts in order to determine a course of action. In this episode, we consider the novel way that NE203 teaches Moral Deliberation in order to shift our focus from theory to practice.

Ethics and the Naval Warrior is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA grad. Michael spent 5 years in the Marine Corps and then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University. He then went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is now Director of the Boeing Innovation Lab at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
