Drug addicted almost people are a negative spot in society to ignore them it's only to influence the problem more. But only the local governments in the city you being the judge of their faith by creating ridiculous ways to solve the solution is truly just the way to make it seem like they care. To truly solve the solution you have to talk to those that have been working in front of the homeless the whole time people at the shelters and the food box places and things like that. Definitely have to speak to the homeless themselves and the people around the community that has to do with them for the true solution. If I had to explain this episode in a few words I would say the homeless situation is a bad influence on society.
