Can you be moral and still be part of “hook up” culture?  I'd argue that yes that is very possible.  In some ways, hookup culture practices values such as integrity, honesty, and in some ways respect. Though it can easily be argued that the respect part goes out the window as it seems people are being treated as sex objects, it can also serve as the ultimate sign of respect for another person's time, energy, and emotions.
