Today's guest is kidney transplant recipient and 2017 World Transplant Games Javelin Champion, Moray Laing. Along with Javelin, Moray competes in Discus, Shot Put, Golf and more recently Parkrun. He explains how a piece of advice from his consultant over 10 years ago about positivity has stayed with him until today and talks about some of his proudest moments in transplant sport.
