Happy Halloween everyone! End of an 'official' spooky season but we celebrate all year round here. Anyway, do you warn people on the freeway if their lights are off? If you don't you might remember the warning of this urban legend. I certainly found out the hard way and it's the reason why I won't ever warn anyone about it again...
