 For me, the answer is:

JOY

We could list a million things that might bring us Joy.

But the questions we are going to explore today, in an effort to go deeper into our spiritual journeys, is what is our relationship to Joy?  And more specifically, do we connect the moment of Joy with our spirituality?

This is going to be a Joy filled morning so come on out, grab your favorite drink on the way, and let’s get the Joy party started!
