It's a topic we discussed on season one with the Spiritual Doula Ms. Anjie Hosley.  A topic we've discussed with classical-crossover recording artist Jason Antone.  But today I do some solo reflection on why I personally have not quite gotten this concept in my own life.  I remind myself (and you the listener) of the importance of boundaries as necessary of preserving one's energy and experiencing a greater degree of self love.  I also feature a song about self worth from the album Imagine Paradise called Taking Back My Boogie.
