The pull of warmer weather, jobs and lower cost of living continues to draw Americans from the North to the South. The problem is they are headed to states that have a shrinking supply of water and as climate change leads to a hotter planet the situation can only get worse. This is bad not merely for when we want a drink, but for our food and electricity supplies. What to do? Become more efficient is basic, including learning to love the many uses of gray water.
