This episode we share about a trend (hope not) of more divorces involving seniors. A recent case of a mid-sixties couple getting divorced and the challenge the spouse faces when the sale of their matrimonial home need to be executed.

With the divisions of sales proceeds at stake, cost of the divorce, lawyers' fees, agent fees and more stressful the need to find the next shelter over your head with little or no savings and  barely enough CPF....

As real estate salespersons we play many roles and wear many hats. But most importantly in my opinion, the need to lend an ear and show empathy...it will go a long way although your main role is not saving the world. You ain't Superman....
