Is sadness something you always live with, or is there a way to move through it? Sadness can feel heavy and constant, leading us to believe nothing will ever change. But Scripture shows us that God does not ignore our pain. He meets us in it, walks with us through it, and gently leads us forward. Because of His presence and His promises, sadness may visit us, but it need not define us or hold us forever.
