Summary

In this More Than an Afterthought episode, I reflected on the experiences of Eva, a trans woman and ice hockey referee, particularly in light of recent rulings affecting transgender athletes in sports. I'd like to highlight the importance of inclusion, the need for open dialogue, and the impact of social media on athletes' experiences. I also emphasised the important of kindness and understanding in the face of misinformation and calls for sports organisations to create a more inclusive environment for all athletes.
