Proud Los Angeles native, Troy tells us about growing up as a three sport athlete in the city of dreams with the support of his family. It is the era of the young black quarterback but things aren’t always sweet. Troy opens up about his struggles with coaching staff at the prestigious and historically white colleges; the University of Washington and the University of Utah.
Now that Troy is the QB for the Edmonton Football Team of the Canadian Football League, he breaks down the differences compared to american football. Ashley asks if there are any pre-game rituals or superstitions he does before a game.
Lexie asks Troy what athletes had the biggest influence on him as a young baller. Bald papi and Ashley ask how he fosters the relationships with his receivers and keeps them happy.
