It is time for the disciples to embark on their first real venture of evangelism. Jesus taught them a few things concerning what they would face and what they should do.

The Lord warned them about the kind of reception the world would give them, but He also gave them words of encouragement concerning the power of the words they would speak. He also spoke of how much the Father loved them, and with those words, the twelve went out with boldness – will we?
