Psychotherapist & Mental Health Advocate Liz Beecroft is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of the private practice + mental health community MENTL.SESH. Having received her MSW from New York University, Liz has experience working in the nonprofit space, and is currently in private practice utilizing advanced trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed practice, systems approach, and more. She specializes in working with athletes, creatives, Millennials and Gen Z to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenging life situations. Liz is also a digital creator, whose main mission is to educate her audience and raise awareness on mental health topics by utilizing her platforms through authentic storytelling making her space in the world wide web a safe space, whether it be connecting the dots between sneakers, style, sports and mental health or validating that it's okay to feel ALL of the feels. Liz has consulted, collaborated and partnered with many brands including The Hundreds, StockX, Disney, Redbull, Crocs, and most notably designed a Nike Air Max 270 React sneaker dubbed "In My Feels."
