Palm Sunday seemed like a disappointment; God didn’t do what the crowds expected him to. Will the Messiah ever restore the kingdom to Israel (Acts 1:6)? Romans 11 will give us the answer and adds another dimension to the hope we celebrate on Easter Sunday.

To prepare for Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday, we are having a church family workday this Saturday from 8am to noon. This is our chance to give our grounds and facilities a little spring freshening up, in order to be ready for the visitors who will join us for Easter. Join in for an hour or two, or the whole morning — whatever you can do. Part of the blessing is rolling up our sleeves and working together.
