Morgan shares about her career experiences, leading her to working with the Boston Red Sox. She started working in client services in February 2025, and used to work in sales with the club.
In her role, she oversees clients in the premium spaces at all 81 home games. She plans different events for premium members, coordinating with the sponsorship team too
Prior to working in the MLB, she started as a freshman goalie and played every game at Babson College with their soccer team. She played her grad year at Seton Hall, earning her MBA in Business Analytics.
