Morgan Wallen BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.
Morgan Wallen has been making major moves in recent days as the country music superstar continues to capitalize on one of the biggest years of his career. The 31-year-old artist, who was named the 2024 CMA Entertainer of the Year, recently opened up about the creative partnerships that drive his biggest hits. In an upcoming limited-edition I'm The Problem CD zine dropping December 19th, Wallen revealed that he won't write another song unless producer and songwriter Charlie Handsome is involved at this point in his career. Handsome, whose real name is Ryan Vojtesak, has been instrumental in crafting some of Wallen's biggest tracks including You Proof, Wasted On You, More than My Hometown, and I'm The Problem. Wallen also credits Blake Pendergrass as another key collaborator who he describes as one of the best songwriters in Nashville.
The 100-page CD zine, which comes with a two-disc version of his album, includes never-before-seen photos, interviews with Wallen himself, and a heartfelt letter from his father Tommy Wallen. The package features lyrics from all 37 tracks on the I'm The Problem album, which continues to dominate charts after topping the Billboard 200 for eight straight weeks following its May 2025 release. The album's first six singles all reached number one on Billboard's Country Airplay chart.
Looking ahead, Wallen has announced his 21-date Still The Problem Tour launching in April 2026, visiting eleven cities across North America with stops in Minneapolis, Tuscaloosa, Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Gainesville, Denver, Baltimore, Ann Arbor, and Philadelphia. The tour will feature major country stars including Thomas Rhett, Ella Langley, Brooks and Dunn, and HARDY as supporting acts.
Earlier this year, Wallen launched his inaugural Sand in My Boots music festival on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama from May 16 through May 18th, which sold out in just two hours. The festival featured an impressive lineup including Post Malone, T-Pain, and numerous other country and hip-hop artists performing across multiple stages. The event offered unique experiences including a wedding venue called Love Somebody Lane and various interactive activities designed to blend music with beach vacation vibes. Wallen continues to solidify his position as one of country music's biggest commercial forces.
