Welcome to floductivity. I'm your host Cara Dempsey and today I'll be walking you through affirmations. 


  • Affirmations can raise your confidence,
  • Improve your self-esteem,
  • Help concentrate on your goals, 
  • Increase productivity,
  • Help overcome bad habits, 
  • Influence your subconscious mind to access new beliefs, 
  • Change negative thought patterns to more positive ones, 
  • Help create a personal self-love relationship.


I encourage you to take this practice however it feels best for you. It can be used while walking, sitting, laying down, or even driving. I encourage you to feel in your body whenever you are in a safe place to do so. Take it a step further and say one of the affirmations while looking in the mirror.
