all the rest of the bull—he must take outside the camp to a ceremonially clean place where the ashes are poured out, and there he must burn it on a wood fire on the ash heap. — Leviticus 4:12

The whole bullock was burned outside the camp, and that's where Jesus suffered — outside the gate. The sin offering was carried out, burned completely, reduced to ashes. That's what happened to our sin on Christ. He was led out to Golgotha. Now we're called to go to Him outside the camp, bearing His reproach.
