Pharaoh's daughter hired Moses' own mother to nurse him — and paid her for it. That's a picture of how God works: He gives you back what you thought you'd lost, and He pays you for the privilege of serving Him. Even a cup of cold water given in His name won't lose its reward. You're not working for wages you earn; you're serving a King who rewards grace with more grace.
