“Do not be afraid, Daniel,” he said, “for from the first day that you purposed to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. — Daniel 10:12

Daniel set his heart to understand, and from that very first day, God heard him. When you earnestly seek understanding from the Lord, he doesn't make you wait in silence. He may delay the answer for reasons you can't see, but he's heard you from day one. Don't stop praying just because the answer hasn't arrived yet.
