Morning of January 13

The focus of the podcast is for me to have a space to honestly share my experience in this world. For nearly 8 years, I have been learning how to live more intentionally with each passing season. Slowly, I have been picking up new skills and habits to make my life more sustainable while at the same time discarding old habits that no longer serve my purpose to live. This podcast will be used as an instrument for me to manifest my thoughts for the benefit of those who choose to spend their time listening.
