I wanted to share with you my morning routine & what’s been working for me lately... Every morning, as soon as I wake up, I have a huge cup of coffee ready for me, with a splash of almond milk, poured into my favorite mug. β˜• I then settle into my big brown leather chair & start my morning with INTENTION & PURPOSE πŸ‘ˆ

My routine begins with reading scripture & saying a prayer, followed by meditation using the Hallow app, which has been amazing for my mental clarity. 🧘 I also incorporate breathing exercises with Wim Hof app, and my WHOOP band tracks my heart rate during these exercises, dropping from the 60s to the 40s, which is incredible to see. ⏱️
After that, I catch up on emails & social media before heading to CrossFit for my daily workout. Then I head to the office by 8 am, ready to tackle the day with renewed FOCUS & ENERGY. πŸ’―
